Adds
.github/FUNDING.ymlto the org community-health repo, setting the default sponsor button for every hiivmind repository (pointing at the hiivmind org Sponsors account). A repo's own.github/FUNDING.ymloverrides this default.Part of the open-source support strategy (swingle-central backlog). Companion PR adds an explicit file to hiivmind/swingle.
Prerequisite for the button to render: GitHub Sponsors must be enabled on the hiivmind org (GitHub-side, human step).
