Adds one project to data/projects.json in research, the category for benchmarks, evaluations and open replicas. Saina implements its own open-weight decision models and serves the System One wire format through /v1/systemone (noul, choice, score). It is compatible with Jev clients; it does not call TypeSafe’s hosted Jev model. Helm 2 reads text; Omni also reads images and short audio.
