Summary

  • Non-interactive sdd init on a project that already has .sdd/config.yaml appends missing ignore lines, including role-runs/ and <changes_path>/.gitignore .active, and exits 0.
  • That path does not rewrite config, memory, or workflows. sdd init --force and a confirmed terminal re-init still refresh unchanged generated files.
  • Docs in cli.md, layout.md, and agents.md describe the second init.

Issue #37 stays open. This does not implement the remaining epic slices.

Closes #45

Non-interactive sdd init on an existing project adds missing gitignore lines, including role-runs/, and leaves config and workflows alone. Issue #37 stays open.
