Each sub-project folder should have a README.md. Several had description.md instead; others had nothing.

Renames

description.md → README.md in: AB Testing Advertising Campaign, Digital Rights Management, Discord Bot Job Scraping, Discord Bot Sample, Titanic Survival Prediction

Created README.md for projects that had none:

BCG Virtual Internship — overview, file listing, EDA goals
Recipe_Site_Traffic_Prediction — overview, file listing, modelling goals
Stock Volatility Forecasting In Vietnam — overview, file listing, .env config requirements, usage steps

Data Engineering Journey, Fraud Detection, Over-Under-Sampling-Learning, Shop_the_Look_Recommender already had README.md.
