This PR significantly enhances JeanBot's Python cognitive layer to provide a more powerful and responsive development assistant experience.

Key improvements:

  • Interactive Shell REPL: A much more capable CLI with dedicated commands for inspecting mission progress, artifacts, and plans.
  • Real-time Feedback: ANSI-colored output showing step transitions (STARTED, COMPLETED, FAILED) as the agent works.
  • Distributed Recovery Parity: Missions can now be fully resumed across different processes or environments, as the complete state (including the dynamic plan and step reports) is persisted after each batch.
  • Multi-turn Steering: Enhanced refine and resume commands allow for tighter iteration cycles on complex objectives.

These changes bring JeanBot closer to the sophisticated mission orchestration and observability found in tools like Claude Code.

…bust recovery

- Implement real-time ANSI-colored progress updates in the interactive shell via a new callback system in `MissionExecutor`.
- Deepen mission persistence in `executor.py` to store and restore the full execution state, including the mission plan, artifacts, and step statuses.
- Refactor the CLI into a structured `InteractiveShell` class with support for `status`, `plan`, `artifacts`, `view`, `resume`, and `refine` commands.
- Ensure true distributed recovery parity by restoring the mission plan from persisted state upon resumption.
