We use the MKS 901P loadlock vacuum transducer to read vacuum pressures in our chambers. Unfortunately, it doesn't come with a display.
This codebase contains several folders:
- p901-reader-cad - custom ESP32-based board with display. Needs to be redesigned.
- p901-reader-code - code for the ESP32 reader.
- 901p-serial - Python library for interfacing with the thing over RS232 serial.
- 901p-serial-io-board - breakout board to make it easier to get power and serial connections.
