Sorry, but we can't put an exe (witout sorce code and pipeline on github action) file on it for security reasons.

feat: upgrade to Avalonia 12

- Avalonia 12.1.4, MessageBox.Avalonia 12.0.0
- drop Avalonia.Diagnostics (no longer shipped with Avalonia 12, DevTools were not attached)
- TextBox.Watermark -> PlaceholderText (obsolete in Avalonia 12)
- add AntoniooDidier as author (hack-gpon/hack-gpon.github.io#403)
