Adds the Stage-approved welcome block with the original two-glyph logo, a personalized greeting, separate social links, conditional voice-chat installation guidance, and a blank footer. The layout fits ten closed-chat rows across all four locales and delivers after client readiness without a fixed delay.
Includes the Stage-tested /whereami diagnostics and recipient-specific font gating. Validation: full test, spotlessApply and build; actual Velocity dispatcher and render probes on both Java proxies and Bedrock fallback; user visual acceptance on Stage.
