Publish plugin-agones permission definitions in a source-specific JSON resource and index, with the producing artifact version expanded at build time. This lets the runtime register the complete catalog after shading without borrowing another plugin version. Existing permission checks and legacy resources are preserved.
Validation: full Gradle checks and final platform-JAR resource validation; shared resources included in final host integration where applicable.
