Home land→setup→learn hierarchy (frozen wallet copy)

Additive Home IA on top of the restyle/accuracy branch. Hierarchy is land → Make a Wallet Fast → Learn Fast, with tools last. Trust strings are frozen from Video Concept v1.1.

Hierarchy

1. Hero — tight charcoal (cyber rails kept, no rgb-frame / splash). H1 + one-line sub. Text CTAs only: Make a Wallet Fast → #setup and Learn Path → /learn. No Practice CTA in the hero.
2. #setup / #wallet-fast (MAIN) — Make a Wallet Fast, rgb-frame on this card only. Segment Practice | Phantom | Solflare. Devnet First chip always visible.
3. Agent paste — compact strip under setup (Copy Agent Prompt + Open site.txt). Quieter than Setup.
4. #learn-fast — two steps only: What Is x402 → /guides/what-is-x402, Walk the Loop → /loop, plus text link Full path → /learn. Label is Learn Fast (distinct from Learn page Start Here).
5. Tools — Grade / Ship / Explorer only. Walk the Loop is not duplicated here. Quiet borders, no rgb-frame.

Nav is leaner (Get Set Up, Learn, Loop, Tools, Agents, Donate). Continue Learning on Home and under Learn H1 only when localStorage already has a path (never on first visit). Learn Start Here is a 2-card: Make a Wallet Fast → /app, Payment Loop → /loop. Beginner path remains what-is → loop before RPC/tx.

Test notes

• npm run build passed on this branch.
• npm run typecheck still reports pre-existing missing better-auth / pg / kysely modules in unused src/lib/auth + src/lib/db (unchanged by this PR).
• First visit Home: no Continue Learning chip; hero has no Practice button; Setup is the featured strip with frozen copy.
• Practice tab → /app. Phantom/Solflare tabs keep Devnet First chip, open official install URLs, Continue on Devnet → /loop.
• Get Set Up in nav lands on /#setup with the strip in view.
• Learn Fast ≠ Learn Start Here. Tools grid has three cards, no Loop duplicate.
• After visiting /guides/what-is-x402, Home and Learn H1 show Continue; a fresh profile has no Continue chip.
