fix(landing): registry section terminal mockup and layout

Summary

• Put interactive flow inside a proper terminal mockup (dots + title bar) instead of plain text panels
• Remove "Interactive mode" / "Direct mode" labels — looked like documentation, not a landing page
• Remove direct mode panel — the interactive flow is the hero, direct mode is self-explanatory
• Move rule cards grid into its own section with proper spacing below the terminal

index.html	Split into .registry-section (terminal mockup) + .rules-section (cards grid)
blocks.css	Replace .registry-demo / .registry-panel styles with .registry-terminal using existing terminal bar pattern

Test plan

• Open apps/landing/index.html in browser
• Registry section shows terminal with dots + ~/my-project title bar
• Interactive flow renders inside the terminal (no plain text labels)
• Rule cards appear in their own section below with spacing
• Scroll reveal animation works on both sections
• Responsive: cards collapse to 2-col at 900px, 1-col at 600px
