Change Description[major] Determinate nix migration

Named optional module args (hmModule ? null) get resolved through _module.args when not in specialArgs, requiring config evaluation before imports are known. Switch to @Args catch-all pattern to avoid this. Also update flake.lock with new determinate and home-manager input pins. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
