Review: move c/raylib out to github.com/llarhub/raylib

Clean, well-scoped deletion. This PR removes the entire c/raylib directory (6 files, 996 lines, 0 added) as the deletion half of relocating the raylib binding to its own repo.

What I verified

  • The c/raylib directory is fully removed — no leftover _wrap/_demo, .c/.h, llgo.cfg, or llcppg.pub artifacts.
  • No dangling references: a repo-wide, case-insensitive search for raylib (and the new llarhub destination) across all tracked .go/.md/.mod files returns zero matches. No orphaned symbol references (InitWindow, Vector2, etc.) remain.
  • No module/CI impact: go.mod/go.sum are untouched, and .github/workflows/go.yml builds via ./... plus an explicit LLGo allow-list that never named c/raylib, so no workflow edit is required.
  • Top-level README.md is badges-only with no package index, and there is no docs//CHANGELOG catalog that would go stale.
  • No secrets or security-critical logic were removed — the deleted files are idiomatic FFI graphics/window/input bindings plus two demos.

No blocking issues found. A few optional, non-blocking observations for the overall move:

  1. Destination org is not goplus. The code moves to github.com/llarhub/raylib, under the llarhub org rather than goplus. llarhub self-describes as the "C/C++ Library Hub for XGo/LLGo" (website xgo.dev, contact x@goplus.org) and hosts sibling bindings under Apache-2.0, so this looks like an intentional, affiliated split-out. This deletion PR adds no dependency on it; the trust/version-pin check belongs on the companion PR that re-adds require github.com/llarhub/raylib.
  2. Confirm the destination path. llarhub is worth a quick sanity check (vs. e.g. llgohub) so any downstream import redirect points at the right place.
  3. Empty PR description. Since c/raylib/README.md (the only user-facing doc) is removed with no tombstone/redirect left behind, consider adding a one-line note in the PR description pointing users to the new home at github.com/llarhub/raylib.
