The python tests ran only in the debug job, where they took ~3.4 min
against an -O0 trace_processor_shell. The debug job is the CI critical
path at ~27 min, while clang-x86-release is the shortest linux job at
~7 min.

Run them in clang-x86-release instead. Its diff tests already use the
same host trace_processor_shell, and neither config builds the gRPC
bigtrace binaries, so the same tests run and skip. Locally the suite
takes 45s against a release shell.
