Consolidate the pre-commit, mypy-new-errors, python-unit-tests, and check-file-contents workflows into a single parallelized continuous-integration.yml pipeline on the v1 branch. This change also deletes all Gemini-related workflows (gemini-dispatch.yml, gemini-invoke.yml, gemini-review.yml) as requested.
