An ADK Plugin that enforces a security policy across an entire app via the open MIT Agent Threat Rules ruleset (vendor-neutral, illustrative sample). Moved here from google/adk-python#6130 per the maintainer note that community samples belong in adk-python-community.

Adds a
contributing/samples/atr_guardrail/sample: an ADK Plugin that enforces a security policy across an entire app via the open, MIT-licensed Agent Threat Rules ruleset. It scans agent I/O for prompt-injection / tool-poisoning patterns. Vendor-neutral, illustrative sample only — no new ADK dependency.This was originally opened as google/adk-python#6130; @rohityan kindly noted it belongs in
adk-python-community, so I'm re-homing it here undercontributing/samples/, matching the existing sample layout.
