Update the root and examples modules from
github.com/goforj/strv1.2.0 to the latest compatible v1.3.0 release and refresh their checksums.Why
Web's index package still uses the str v1 module path, so downstream projects otherwise select an older compatible release. This keeps the established v1 API while aligning Web with the current sibling release; it does not migrate to str/v2 or change Web's public API, configuration, or minimum Go version.
