Jobs tray: every change run since launch, from any screen, with Stop - #136

The executor reports each run as it starts, as each step ends and as it finishes; a bounded board (GamGUI's registry's caps) lists them in every window's toolbar, with Stop after the step in flight. A stopped run parks nothing for a retry, so Stop also ends a wait for Google. Retry stays on the screen that ran it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
