Description
Adds Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663) so the 0x solver can run there.
Changes
ChainId::Robinhood = 4663.UnsupportedChainIdarm, since the Balancer SOR API doesn't support it. (And also balancer being shut down soon)chain-idinconfig/example.zeroex.toml. As a bare integer it failed to parse, because theChainIddeserializer takes a string or au64and TOML integers arei64.Note: don't merge until the services dependency is bumped (in a separate PR) to a release that has the Robinhood Settlement, AllowListAuthentication and Permit2 addresses. Without them
the solver panics at startup on 4663.
(The services support PR is in work, and should be in within next 2 releases)
