Bumps the embedded NetPulse agent to v1.5.4, which carries the bridge detection fix (gnacho/netpulse#1435): on devices whose LAN bridge is not named br-lan or br0 (for example an OpenWrt Realtek rtl93xx switch with the bridge called switch) the FDB was collected empty and the bridge MAC was never reported.
Why it matters for NetGrip: the agent is compiled into NetGrip, so fleets only get the fix when NetGrip ships a build with the bumped module. With the fix, a managed switch reports its real FDB and bridge MAC, which lets NetPulse attribute the wired clients behind each port and anchor the units hanging off the switch to the switch instead of the gateway.
Validated live on an office fleet (LGS352C managed switch running a NetGrip build with this module): FDB went from 0 to 31 learned MACs, the switch's own bridge MAC is now reported, three wired clients were attributed to it (ports lan13/lan15/lan23) and the AP behind the switch stopped being drawn as a child of the gateway.
No release is cut by this PR.
