fix(deps): move brace-expansion pins to patched versions and fix nanoid - #141

The overrides pinned brace-expansion to the vulnerable 1.1.18/5.0.9; repin to the patched 1.1.21/5.0.12 (Dependabot alerts #20/#21). npm audit fix also bumps nanoid past the zero-size generator loop (GHSA-2v37-7h3g-55p8). npm audit is clean; build, lint (0 errors) and the 115 server tests stay green. Clears the 2 open Dependabot alerts (#20/#21): the package.json overrides pinned brace-expansion to the vulnerable 1.1.18/5.0.9; repinned to the patched 1.1.21/5.0.12. npm audit fix also bumps nanoid past the zero-size generator loop (GHSA-2v37-7h3g-55p8).
Verified: npm audit clean, tsc + vite build exit 0, eslint 0 errors (13 baseline warnings), server suite 115/115.
