Pure minor/patch refresh, no majors, no code changes: react/react-dom 19.3.0 (+ @types), vite 8.3.2 (+ @vitejs/plugin-react 6.1.1), autoprefixer 10.6.1, postcss 8.5.28.
Verified: tsc + vite build exit 0, go test ./internal/... exit 0, zero vulnerabilities, preview 2.9.99-deps validated on a live instance.
