Summary

Folds two pieces of uncommitted work, found while reaping worktrees, into one PR:

• CLAUDE.md trim (left uncommitted in the doctor-claude-md-trim worktree), applied to today's CLAUDE.md:
  • the tournament-data/ file tree is replaced by a pointer to docs/architecture/data-model.md, which already owns the layout (every file in the tree, history/ included, is described there);
  • the mobile-app runtime-defaults table is condensed to one paragraph that keeps the non-obvious facts (WriteTimeout 0 for SSE, the 64 MB import cap, SSE_MAX_CLIENTS); the exact values stay in the constants it links;
  • four areas-to-watch notes that gocloc can re-derive are dropped; "No top-level interfaces" stays, as it reads on main today;
  • the Testing Conventions section is dropped (table-driven tests, testify, defer cleanup, the test factories): the same list remains in .github/copilot-instructions.md.
• Serena: .serena/project.yml adds the terraform and yaml language servers (left uncommitted in the bridge-cse_01N8XTrY worktree), and CLAUDE.md names the new list. The repo has 6 tracked .tf files.

Why

CLAUDE.md is loaded into every model call of every session and subagent; this removes about 3.5 KB (243,451 → 239,953 bytes) without dropping a rule. Both pieces of work would otherwise have been lost when their worktrees were removed.
