Found via the dbt Learn's Jinja, Macros, and Packages (VS Code) coursework, the README.md file for this repo has a broken link.
This PR replaces the link with the file's new location in GitLab. Given that this repository is utilized by dbt for many of their courses and learning paths, this is an easy QoL improvement for this repo.
