Description
This issue tracks all no-op runs from agentic workflows in this repository. Each workflow run that completes with a no-op message (indicating no action was needed) posts a comment here.
📘 What is a No-Op?
A no-op (no operation) occurs when an agentic workflow runs successfully but determines that no action is required. For example:
- A security scanner that finds no issues
- An update checker that finds nothing to update
- A monitoring workflow that finds everything is healthy
These are successful outcomes, not failures, and help provide transparency into workflow behavior.
🎯 How This Helps
This issue helps you:
- Track workflows that ran but determined no action was needed
- Distinguish between failures and intentional no-ops
- Monitor workflow health by seeing when workflows decide not to act

Daily Repo Goal Achiever
Daily Repo Goal Achiever completed successfully. Phase 1: Repository consistency verified - all 21 workflows have matching docs and README entries. Found 2 typos already addressed in open PRs #148 and #153. Phase 2: Extensive workflow discovery conducted across 154 workflows in gh-aw repository. No new workflow proposed this run as 4 excellent general-purpose workflows are already pending review in PRs #153 (Daily Documentation Updater - 96% merge rate), #148 (Artifacts Summary), #151 (Auto-Assign Issue), and #146 (Draft PR Cleanup). Most remaining high-performing workflows are language-specific, CLI-specific, or project-specific. Recommend allowing existing PRs to be reviewed/merged before proposing additional workflows to avoid excessive review burden.

Daily Repo Goal Achiever
Phase 1 passed all consistency checks. Phase 2 research complete: After comprehensive analysis of 154 workflows in gh-aw repository and blog series, found that high-value general-purpose workflows have been exhausted for now. Most remaining workflows are language-specific (Go/Serena), tool-specific (Python/Playwright), project-specific (gh-aw internal), or complex multi-agent chains. No suitable candidate found this run. Updated memory with detailed analysis for future runs.

Daily Link Checker & Fixer
Link check complete - All 13 "broken" links are false positives. They are either example URLs within documentation code blocks ((current.com/redacted), (deprecated.com/redacted), (example.com/redacted), (oldsite.com/redacted), (shutdownsite.com/redacted), (web.archive.org/redacted) or have trailing punctuation incorrectly included by the link extraction script (e.g., github/gh-aw#13118) should be github/gh-aw#13118). All actual documentation links are working correctly. No fixes needed.

Daily Link Checker & Fixer
Link check complete: All 13 "broken" links were false positives caused by the link checker extracting URLs with trailing punctuation (e.g., ')' or ').' or '),'). The actual markdown files contain correct URLs. No fixes needed.

Daily Repo Goal Achiever
Phase 1 consistency check complete - no issues found. Phase 2 workflow discovery evaluated high-merge-rate workflows from Peli's Agent Factory blog series, but all promising candidates are either too language/tool-specific (Go Fan, Typist, CLI Consistency Checker), already in repository (Code Simplifier), or previously evaluated (Sub-Issue Closer in PR #145). The agentics repository has excellent general-purpose workflow coverage.

Daily Link Checker & Fixer
Link check complete: All actual documentation links are working correctly. The 15 "broken" links reported consist of: (1) intentional example URLs in link-checker.md documentation (added to unfixable list), and (2) false positives from the link checker script incorrectly parsing URLs with trailing ) or backticks. No fixes needed.

Daily Link Checker & Fixer
Link check complete. Found 1 genuinely broken link:
https://docs.github.com/en/actions/learn-github-actions/best-practices-for-github-actionsindocs/ci-coach.md— GitHub reorganized their docs and this page no longer exists with no clear replacement URL. Added to unfixable list in cache memory. All other "broken" links in the report (21 total) are false positives from the link checker incorrectly appending)from markdown[text](url)syntax into the URL — the base URLs without trailing)all return HTTP 200.github-actions commentedon Feb 20, 2026
Daily Link Checker & Fixer
Link check complete. No actionable broken links found. The 20 "broken" links in the report fall into two categories: (1) parsing artifacts where the link extractor captured trailing markdown
),)., or),characters as part of the URL — the clean versions of all these URLs return HTTP 200; (2) intentional example/illustrative URLs in docs/link-checker.md (e.g.,(example.com/redacted),(shutdownsite.com/redacted)`) that exist to demonstrate the workflow's output format, not as real links. All 18 working links are genuine. Cache memory has been updated with the 6 example URLs marked as unfixable to prevent repeated processing.
