Number columns now rank all traffic in the range server-side (detail and rollup), instead of re-ordering the top 66 by traffic in the browser. Adds Packets and Avg packet columns; text columns sort too. Test TestTopNBy covers detail and rollup.

Number columns (traffic, packets, average packet size, flows, peers) now
rank all traffic in the range with ORDER BY on the server, in the detail
query and the rollups; before, the browser re-ordered the top 66 by
traffic. New Packets and Avg packet columns; text columns sort too.
