This PR updates the CodeQL CLI version list used by the ql-vscode extension so integration tests (and other consumers of the supported CLI list) use CLI v2.25.6 instead of v2.25.5.
Changes:
- Bumped the latest supported CodeQL CLI version from
v2.25.5tov2.25.6. - Preserved the existing ordering convention (newest-first, with
nightlylast).
