+Dear GitHub [private] team. I am writing to report the user KiryaScript for severe license abuse, deliberate plagiarism, and violation of GitHub's Terms of Service regarding intellectual property. I am the [private] [private] and copyright holder of the repository https://github.com/AvenCores/goida-vpn-configs, which is publicly distributed under the GPL-3.0 license. The user KiryaScript has created a repository named "white-lists" that is a direct, uncredited, and obfuscated copy of [private] work. [private] original project was published on December 6, 2024, while their repository appeared much later on January 14, 2026. The user intentionally attempted to hide the plagiarism by taking [private] original multi-file architecture from the "src" directory and merging it into a single "main.py" file. However, the core application logic, specifically the threading implementation utilizing concurrent.futures and ThreadPoolExecutor, remains completely identical to [private] code. The evidence of this code theft is undeniable. Their requirements.txt file shares the exact same SHA hash (f6bcf5002e5b11ae3924cf92df21652d0c85cb07) as [private]. Furthermore, 24 out of the 25 source URLs used in their script are direct copies from [private] repository. They simply extracted the JSON structure from [private] "config/urls.json" file and hardcoded it into their script, making a negligible change to just one source link. Even the hidden GitHub Actions configurations match [private] original workflows. By removing the original GPL-3.0 license file, stripping all attribution to [private] as the original author, and presenting this codebase as their own to actively promote and sell their commercial VPN service, the user KiryaScript is in direct violation of open-source licensing rules and GitHub's policies against deceptive behavior. I kindly request that you investigate this user for these malicious actions, take appropriate measures against their account, and remove the infringing repository to protect the rights of open-source developers.
