Pull request overview
Updates the Partner Assets page messaging to reflect the current GitHub for Startups offer, shifting from seat/discount-based benefits to a $10,000 flexible credits program and updating links/contact info accordingly.
Changes:
- Replaced prior “$25,000 in savings” / seat-discount language with “$10,000 in flexible platform credits” positioning and updated benefit descriptions (Enterprise, Copilot, Advanced Security, etc.).
- Updated eligibility criteria to reflect “no Enterprise plan in past 6 months” and “no prior credits/licenses”.
- Updated partner URL format and support contact info (including startups@github.com) and fixed the support link formatting.

The partner URL is wrapped in inline code, which GitHub Markdown does not linkify. This makes the “unique partner page” harder to open/copy correctly. Consider formatting it as a normal Markdown link (and keep the placeholder partner ID in the visible text if needed).

Typo / product naming: “Action minutes” should be “GitHub Actions minutes” (plural and matching the product name). Also consider spelling out “50,000” for readability if that number is intended.
