Provide an Helm chart #226

Would love to have a Helm chart for easy deployment to Kubernetes. It could be provided as an OCI artifact via GHCR (eg ghcr.io/git-pkgs/charts/proxy) and released alongside the container image to sync the appVersion (eg from a repo of mine). I'd be happy to create a PR.
