Problem
The T16 theme review (CI and publish infrastructure) decided where each of the four helm-e2e and helm-verify changes on this line goes. The ledger headers still carry the pre-review outcomes.
Change
The four
fork/files gain the decided fields underupstream:(class,destination,first_step,source,test,recheck,owner,draft,decision,couplings), the updatedoutcome,refs,exitanddepends_on, and one dated History sentence each:upstream/helm-version-pin(fd43d8446), and helm-verify'sactions/checkoutv5.1.0 fromupstream/helm-verify-checkout-v5(df92b6a48) at lower priority.upstream/helm-e2e-pin-setup-helmandupstream/helm-verify-pin-setup-helmare retired.helm-e2e-lanes-run-whatever-an-earlier-lane-did: ci(helm-e2e): run every lane whatever an earlier lane did kagent-dev/substrate#71.helm-e2e-dumps-restarted-containers-end: an upstream pull request after docs(fork): ledger row for the cross-certified CA rotation (#68) #71, from the new branchupstream/helm-e2e-dump-previous(11bfb4132).The decision fields need the fork-ledger release that reads them;
