Summary

  • update the English and Simplified Chinese README for v0.2.0
  • add a complete Traditional Chinese README
  • split the user guide into English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese editions
  • add three-language AI-service, local-model, backup/data, and v0.2.0 release documentation
  • update the v0.2.0 validation record as an English-only technical document with final public package facts
  • keep architecture decisions, test evidence, and internal development plans as single records rather than duplicating them by locale

Verification

  • Prettier passed for all repository files
  • sensitive-file, license, fixture, and reviewed dependency-policy checks passed
  • all six language triads exist, cross-link each other, and have matching section counts
  • relative Markdown links: 0 broken
  • English-only v0.2.0 validation record: 0 CJK characters
  • no localized architecture/testing/internal-plan files added
