Worker-scoped deployment tokens can upload a version with Wrangler 4.80.0, then fail with authentication error 10000 while looking up the account's workers.dev subdomain. Pin the MCP package to the current stable release, 4.151.3, which includes Cloudflare's Worker-scoped URL fix. This allows the upload to finish without broadening token permissions.
Wrangler now uploads source maps by default. Set
upload_source_maps: falseto preserve the existing behavior: the Vite plugin uploads them to Sentry. Node 22 already satisfies the runtime requirement. The lockfile includes the new Wrangler runtime and exact release-age exceptions for its two newly published packages; the Vite plugin and test runtime retain their versions.Validation on 4.151.3: full typecheck/build and lint, 441 Cloudflare tests, 15 local Wrangler smoke tests, 15 deployment contract tests and a bundle dry-run passed. Real-CLI probes against a local mock API confirm the token fix, compatibility with the deployment parser, and omission of source maps when explicitly disabled.
Local validation limits: the full suite hits the existing macOS musl-test failure, missing Xcode
actool, and an account-routing timing failure also reproduced with unchanged main source. An issue-link test failed in the full run and passed on a targeted rerun. Vite dev smoke retains the same three MCP failures seen with 4.80.0 and 4.136.1. No production deployment has been performed with this change.
