Show open changes by default, with state and opened-date dropdowns. Sort open changes first on the server so the list limit does not drop stale open changes. Refs #2206 Co-Authored-By: BYK <burak.kaya@sentry.io>

People had no single place to see the pull requests Junior opened for them. The People profile showed only code totals and a chart.
The person code report now returns up to 100 code changes linked to the person's conversations. Open changes sort first, then the most recently updated, so older open changes stay visible. Matching uses conversation actors, not GitHub assignment, so it also includes PRs when the person's GitHub account is not linked.
The profile shows these changes in a Recent changes list. It starts with open PRs and includes State (Open, Merged, Closed, or All) and Opened (any time, last 24 hours, 7, 30, or 90 days) filters. If no open changes match, the empty state tells users when other changes are hidden by the State filter.
