certifi2026.10.19 removes trust in the compromised eMudhra/emSign CA roots (release). Tracked in VULN-3216.uv.lock: 2026.7.22 → 2026.10.19Only the
certifientry changes (version, URLs, hashes). certifi is a transitive dependency here, so no manifest changes. The date-based version jump is a normal CA-bundle refresh, with no API changes.uv lock --checkpasses. Not installed or tested here, so CI is the check.via Geoff Goldsmith.
