Thin marketplace prints contribute fractional attendance credit, but full reproduction treated every trusted print as full attendance. Replay now preserves each disclosed
population_scalethrough weight history; absent scale remains exactly 1, and carried re-casts add no credit.Seat comparisons now use versioned receipts even when as-published rows omit them or retain stale copies, so diagnostics identify
attendance <seat>orweight <seat>before the final value. Adds a digest-verified live H100 calc_v16 observation pin and verifies additive receipt fields remain digest protected.Validation: 1,709 offline tests pass; ruff passes. Regression coverage includes fractional/full prints, status and fence carries, invalid scales, and empty or stale as-published receipts. Historical live-day matching also needs the public record to carry each print's credit across the retained history; that publication step is separate.
