(still working on this, but figured I'd post what I've got so far)
This PR introduces a user configuration system for backend options. It adds a new mellea/config.py module and CLI commands (cli/config/) that allow users to configure AI backend settings (like API keys, model selections, and provider preferences) via config files rather than hardcoding them. The feature includes comprehensive documentation, integration with the existing session management, and extensive test coverage.
