Corrects overbroad claims in the library and TMS comparisons about manual catalog maintenance and next-intl's authoring options. Keeps #644's deliberate “Translates your content?” No/Yes comparison, the Faster / Cheaper to run / Higher quality / Lower risk benefits, and Vue coverage with framework-specific documentation links.

Preserves Smartling's cited human-translation turnaround and default visual-context evidence, with the scope stated precisely. GT's advantages are explained through code context, release automation, usage billing, and portable translations; pricing details link to the canonical page.

Validation: content validators, script typecheck, production build, and desktop/mobile browser checks passed for both articles. Code fences are unchanged. Smartling's two sources were rechecked live; no comparative performance or quality benchmark, hosted translation, or competitor integration was executed.

Risk: low. Approved: two knowledge-base comparison articles with a small, reversible blast radius; Cursor Bugbot and Cursor Security Agent were not present after the first poll, so those signals were skipped. No reviewers were assigned.
