docs(kb): add film articles and consolidate localization guides - #630
Adds 15 film-matched Knowledge Base articles and revises the five existing articles. The batch covers framework setup, translation workflows, formatting, review, agent automation, and integrations.
The Next.js setup, coding-agent setup, and existing no-translation-files page incorporate the overlapping drafts from #642 and #643, preserving the established or already-planned URLs. They now explain GT's code context, review workflow, local/CDN delivery, and continuous localization. The setup guides use the maintained Setup for Agents prompt, browser login, the setup wizard, and concrete verification steps; the agent guide covers operational MCP tools and Locadex.
Validation: repository validator tests, script typecheck, all content checks, and the production build passed. Browser checks passed for the three consolidated articles. A clean App Router fixture using gt-next 11.4.12 and gt 2.26.5 passed non-interactive setup, validation, production build, and English/Spanish/French switching, including reload persistence, server-rendered content, and client attributes. The React agent example is unchanged from its previously tested fixture.
Test translations were supplied manually. Hosted generation, authenticated MCP actions, and Locadex execution were not performed. The older claims that every article has a 300-character summary or 150–300 words no longer describe the expanded guides; their summaries pass the repository's 60-word limit.

All 20 articles now follow the General Translation style guide
(generaltranslation/gtm, STYLE_GUIDE.md on add-style-guide), which
applies in full to knowledge base pages.
- Eighteen "How do I" and "Can I" articles are question answers of 150
to 300 words. Each has an answer that holds without General
Translation, a table comparing an i18n library alone, Google
Translate, a raw AI API and General Translation, a "use X when"
paragraph, and the exact steps with a link to the full guide.
- What does the Locadex agent do? is a concept answer, and What is the
best localization software for developers? is a best-tool answer.
- Every summary names General Translation, and every article has
`updated: 2026-10-14` for the site's "Last updated" line.
- Every fact was checked against docs/en-US or the guide's claims
ledger, and third-party facts against the vendor's own pages. Claims
without a source were dropped.

The rebase onto main brought in #633's checks. Two changes follow:
- The validator now knows the `updated` field, which the site shows as
"Last updated". It must be a real date from the article's `date` to
today. A month or day out of range no longer throws inside the date
check.
- What does the Locadex agent do? drops its TL;DR section, because the
summary is the short answer, and folds its Key takeaways' one new fact
(Locadex Compute Units) and the Quickstart link into the last
section. The best localization software article opens with its answer
paragraph, and its closing section is titled Customers and pricing.

Main added a required category to every knowledge base article (#639)
and allowed Key takeaways sections again (#638). The five articles that
both sides changed keep this branch's updated date and main's category.
The 15 new articles get a category from kb/categories.json:
internationalization for the framework and setup articles,
locale-formatting for number and date formatting, translation for
review and Google Slides, and workflow-tools for Locadex, CI, Mintlify,
Sanity and Storyblok.

Split into two stacked PRs so the new articles and the edits to the original five can be reviewed apart: #649 adds the 15 new articles (with the updated validator change), and #650, on top of it, revises the five original articles. Both start from this branch's head (ed13050), including Jackie's commits, and are rebased on main. #650's revisions were tested blind against main's articles for how often answer engines would cite them; the results are in its description. New edits should go to #649 or #650.
