Freezes/Laggy

With 1 almost cant see the diffrence
but after 2 and ... 5
Computer behave like its got 100mhz CPU
CPU show 0% usage
GPU ( MSI GTX1080ti) 0% usage
32GB DDR5 low usage

3 screens (real)
1x 4k HDR
2x HFD (sometime horizontal)
They are mix . some HDMI some DP

New GPU drivers
windows 11 pro full update.

Any solution or update?

Same boat as well, 2x1920x1200 displays over DP and 1 1920x1080 over hdmi.
gets laggy over lookingglass and parsec

for me 1driver with 3 monitors lags (high cpu load) but 3 installs with 1 monitor each is fine, bud sadly windows cant save window/desktop monitor positions (3090rtx, same problem on host win11 and hyper-v gpu-pv win11)
