Add a Tenant Workplace home across agentic spaces #342

Description

Area

Workplace

Feature type

User-facing capability

Problem or need

A tenant-rooted Workplace needs a useful landing page that helps users discover their accessible agentic spaces and resume recent work without flattening all Workspace-owned content into one undifferentiated catalogue.

Expected outcome

The Tenant Workplace home presents accessible Workspace spaces, recent/resumable cross-space activity, and optional promoted Entries while preserving each item's owning Workspace and execution context.

Proposed solution

Build a Tenant-level read model that aggregates only user-facing summaries from authorized Workspaces. Keep authoritative conversations, tasks, Entries, and execution state in their owning Workspace and deep-link back to that context.

Scope

  • Accessible space cards/list/search.
  • Recent/resumable conversations/interactions across authorized spaces.
  • Relevant user task/activity summaries where supported.
  • Promoted Entries allowed by Define shared Entry exposure across Workplace and Console surfaces #315 exposure policy.
  • Owning-space labels and deep links.
  • Pagination/bounds and deterministic ordering.
  • Empty/loading/partial-failure states.
  • Localization, accessibility, responsive UX, tests.

Out of scope

  • Moving authoritative activity to Tenant scope.
  • Tenant-wide Management resource search.
  • Arbitrary cross-Workspace content aggregation outside authorized Workplace projections.

Dependencies

Parent: #338.
Depends on #340 and #315. Activity aggregation may reuse existing Work/Interaction projections.

Deployment impact

None

Acceptance criteria

  • Tenant home lists only spaces accessible to the current principal.
  • Recent activity can span authorized Workspaces while retaining the owning Workspace on every item.
  • Resuming an item navigates back into its authoritative Workspace context.
  • Promoted Entries appear only when their exposure policy allows Tenant-home presentation.
  • No sibling Workspace resource visibility is granted by the aggregation layer.
  • Aggregation is bounded, paginated where needed, and handles partial failures safely.
  • Browser tests cover multiple spaces, mixed activity, promotion, and authorization isolation.

Preliminary checks

  • I searched for an existing issue covering this request.
