Problem or need

Once Workspaces are visible as spaces, users need a meaningful home for each space rather than a bare navigation boundary. The page should surface the Workspace-owned user capabilities and relevant activity without exposing Management implementation details.

Expected outcome

Each Workplace space has a localized home experience showing its published Entries, recent conversations, relevant tasks/activity, and clear navigation while preserving the Workspace as the authoritative ownership and execution context.

Proposed solution

Build a Workspace-space home projection from existing Entry, conversation/interaction, task, and activity APIs. Favor resumable user-facing information over administrative resource inventory.

Scope

• Space header/presentation.
• Published Workplace-eligible Entries owned by the Workspace.
• Recent/resumable conversations/interactions in that Workspace.
• Relevant user tasks/activity where currently supported.
• Empty states, pagination, refresh/replay behavior.
• Deep links preserving Workspace context.
• Localization, accessibility, responsive design, browser tests.

Out of scope

• Management lists of Agents/Flows/Tools.
• Tenant-wide aggregation.
• Cross-Workspace resource resolution.

Acceptance criteria

• Opening a Workplace space renders the owning Workspace's user-facing capabilities and resumable activity.
• Only published Entries eligible for Workplace presentation are shown.
• Conversation/task links preserve the authoritative Workspace context.
• Space UX does not expose or require Management resource schemas.
• Empty and partially available spaces render deterministically.
• Localization, accessibility, responsive layout, and Playwright journeys are covered.
