…fine UI Adds a new 'EPD Associate' user role with read-only access for reporting purposes. Optimizes facility data retrieval by conditionally loading score and substance details only for HSI facilities. Includes null checks on the Facility Details page for improved robustness and minor layout adjustments on the Site Summary report page. Several NuGet packages are also updated.
Consolidates prior complex authorization logic for deleting contacts and events, which involved specific user positions and a combination of existing roles, into a single, explicit 'Delete Authority' role. This simplifies access control and clarifies who can perform delete operations.
Integrate the Markdig library to provide Markdown parsing functionality. Additionally, update several NuGet packages to their latest stable versions for general maintenance and to incorporate the latest bug fixes and improvements.
