…projects A global install inside project containers now records one global in-projects instance. The global Applications page lists it as installed, project creation installs every such application into the new project, and uninstalling the record uninstalls each project's copy.
Scheduled Tasks can now be installed from the global Applications page. It lives inside project containers, so a global install places a copy in every project and new projects inherit it.

What
Making globally installed applications show as Installed and adding global install support for Scheduled Tasks.
Why
After installing an application on all projects, the global Applications page still shows Install because there is no global entry recorded.
New projects should also get these applications automatically without having to install them again.
This completes the changes from #364.
How
Added a global entry to track applications installed inside project containers, install them on new projects, and remove their copies when uninstalled globally.
