This is a medical system that I drafted up initially as a stopgap measure to make forky's medical system more interesting before eventually realizing that this was effectively the recovery side of a more involved medical system. At the time of writing this PR message, I have yet to put more effort into chem rework and am mostly publishing it so that people may see my thoughts and give their criticisms on such a system.
