I still think sabotage is a poor name descriptor by itself. Sabotage is a more generic thing. I think being more precise in the severity is better here.

I don't get why Libel is a felony and Slander is an infraction. It doesn't really make sense at all.

Fraud type crimes shouldn't be in the same category as slander/libel imo. They're just different sorts of crimes really.
I think simplifying this into a Fraud and Grand Fraud type thing would work well. We don't necessarily need a separate haptical crime for it, when it could just be Grand Fraud, perhaps with aggravating factors.

I don't think this should be a capital offense. It feels like something that would be covered through other laws, like contempt of court + rioting potentially.

If this is meant to be like revolutionary incitement, it should have some more words to make that more clear. I don't think we should jump straight to perma for this, as we don't want to hard shut down any form of more radical agitation as the start. If this is meant to be revolutionary incitement, it should be a big crime, but not that big.
We want to make sure the legal environment isn't too effective at shutting down dissent.

This needs to be changed to unlawfully or something, as Nanotrasen does a lot of this all the time. As it is, a large portion of station activities would be illegal under this definition.

This is a vague law, but so is terrorism IRL, so that's not terrible.

I think we should decouple this from command. Command aren't always meant to be like super engineers or super researchers now, but managers and the like. Sometimes that will apply still to them, but this sort of crime should be open to normal crew now as well, if they are "trusted" with something important.

Might consider adding smuggling as a misdemeanor. People selling or distributing resources gained from outside without going through proper channels and taxes.

I think unlawful assembly should be a class C misdemeanor, and rioting a Class B or Class A misdemeanor. We don't want to overly criminalize basic dissent. Rioting is generally not a felony irl anyway.

This isn't a great definition either, as it doesn't factor into the actual worth of the item, or how hard it is to replace. Is it a felony if you take all the bar shakers?
Likewise, is it not grand theft if you take the captain's pistol? It's not required to do their job, but the captain is more important and can't easily replace it.

I think this is unneeded as a crime. We can just fold this into aggravated battery or attempted murder depending on context.

I think this should be more severe, crime wise. Perhaps Class A misdemeanor. This only really applies to people attacking pets and doing edge case torture type stuff, so it generally can be more severe.

This should include accepting or soliciting bribes imo. Make it actually criminal for command/security to accept bribes, so that they have to actually try to be secretive about it.

This crime isn't very clear, as there aren't real NT contracts that people have signed. I suppose the intent here is that if you break the CTM, NT has your ass?

Like, we shouldn't have to write out that Security can't be prosecuted for kidnapping when arresting people. It's entirely unneeded.

I disagree with this, as it feels immersion breaking and just there for OOC comfort of players. A prisoner doesn't get reduced time IRL because their trial drags on. Instead, consider changing it to something like "Sentence time can be reduced at the interrogating officer's discretion if the prisoner has been cooperative with the interrogation.

Same thing here as with paramedics. I'm not sure if SOP mentions something about the access being temporary, but I really want it clearly stated here as well, so that people don't go "well engineers need AA so that they can get places in an emergency"
