fumeapp/fume#613 requires update to AWS IAM Fume Policy to include the following EC2 Permission: ```json "ec2:DescribeInstances", "ec2:DescribeVpcs", "ec2:DescribeSubnets", "ec2:DescribeSecurityGroups" ```
