分发工作流改为 secrets.FULL_STACK_SKILLS_SYNC_TOKEN || secrets.SKILLS_SYNC_TOKEN： 优先使用按组织签发的令牌，未配置时回退到旧令牌。 守卫与状态提示同步改为指向实际读取的令牌名。
- MD029×66 / MD037×1 经 markdownlint --fix 自动修复 - MD056×13：工具表中 gate 命令的管道符未转义（代码段内也须写 \|），逐处转义 - codeguard-cve SKILL.md 补 universal 兜底触发条件与退出码语义 - 新增 .markdownlint-cli2.jsonc（与插件 linters/markdown 模板同源）
markdownlint --fix 曾把「领域陷阱」续号成 7./8.（生成器两个有序列表间
无分隔元素，CommonMark 视为同一列表触发 MD029），且 13 张工具表的
gate 命令管道符转义只落在产物、未落在生成器。两处根因都修在模板里：
- Gotchas 与领域陷阱之间插入 ### 标题（打断列表合并，编号恢复 1.）
- gate 命令写入表格时统一 replace('|', '\\|')
全门禁：lint_skills 0 错 / 两生成器 --check 0 漂移 / markdownlint 0 /
TRACE 均值 4.643 最低 4.56 ≥ 4.5
