With the new version we avoid pointlessly iterating over multiple black versions if the update makes a big jump including several major versions. Signed-off-by: Leandro Lucarella <luca-frequenz@llucax.com>
We adapt the configuration to use the new iteration option, so we keep iterating over minors, and if there are no minors to iterate, with no iterations meaning the migration passed. Signed-off-by: Leandro Lucarella <luca-frequenz@llucax.com>

Upgrade so we don't iterate over versions unnecessarily.
