Some valid ICO files fail to convert because the image crate cannot decode their embedded entries (for example non-RGBA PNG payloads).
transformed_webpnow tries a manual ICO fallback: parse the directory, skip invalid entries, and decode the largest usable one (PNG payload directly, or raw bitmap rewrapped as a single-entry ICO). Adds a regression test covering an ICO with an RGB PNG entry.
